		Order Estimating LSA’s experienced project managers & estimators are experts at both change order estimating and negotiation. Due to our extensive database of verified construction costs, our published manual “Current Construction Costs” used by most state and local agencies, and our ability to perform extremely detailed and unassailable change order estimates, LSA has been very successful in reducing change order costs for both owner and architect. Practice leader Steve Santaguida brings 38 years of construction and claims experience to resolving insurance claims. He leads a team of experienced claims consultants that provide outstanding customer service, investigation, and cost analysis to clients.
